Note: I refer out major plumbing, electrical, and specialized trades to trusted professionals.
What I Don't Do
To keep things clear and honest from the start:
• I do not offer professional carpet cleaning
• I do not provide window cleaning
• I do not haul large junk loads
• I do not perform licensable trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)

Unlike traditional cleaning companies, I don’t charge hourly. I offer a project-based, flat-rate bid, so you know exactly what to expect before I begin — no surprises, no upselling.  Most clients simply text me photos of their space, and I take it from there.

Lance has been such a godsend for my family. After we lost my dad in 2021, we were left with a workshop full of tools and miscellaneous parts, many of which we could not even identify. In an afternoon, he took the workshop from being a complete mess and made it into a room that was organized to library standards, labels and all. Since then, Lance has worked on several projects with us at our pretty unconventional boat-in only cabin. He has helped with opening the cabin in the spring, organizing our shop and completely disheveled boathouse full of spiders and bats, landscaping and chainsawing down trees, and closing/winterizing our cabin. No matter the task, Lance approaches it with a great sense of humor and a can-do attitude. He shows up early, leaves late, and gets more work done in a day than many people could in a week. A big piece of my dad lives on through our cabin. Because of Lance’s help, it has shifted from being a source of grief and overwhelm to being a place that we can enjoy, where my dad’s memory lives on. My mom and I are eternally grateful for his help!

Lance (Mr. Clear) does all our post construction cleans and we highly recommend. He comes in after all work is completed and is pretty much our “closer” in that he transforms a construction site into the brand new home for clients to move into. He power washes all exterior walls, decks, etc. and deep cleans the interiors. This is a huge job! Everything must be cleaned from months of construction dust. He cleans every door, every drawer, every light fixture, every appliance while also sometimes completing set up. (Fridge interior shelves/racks for example). We build multi-million dollar lake front homes and Lance puts the finishing shine that our clients expect upon move in. I honestly don’t know what we would do if we didn’t have Lance to come turn these houses we build into the beautiful homes our clients move into.

Mr. Clear is built like an NLF player. He has a smile and a positivity our nation needs at this time. And yikessss can he WORK! Known across the “Intermountain West” (ok, Sandpoint/Priest Lake/Spokane/CDA) as an EXPERT on helping families de-clutter, organize homes, garages/shops AND businesses, this no longer HIDDEN SECRET is Lance cleans a MEAN HOUSE! Ours was new construction. Plumbers and other trades are, well…messy. Mr. Clear made our place sparkle! 2,100 sf, while not a large house, was two floors of “scrub a dub dud!” Lance’s attention to everything – from fingerprints left on our fridges to the caulk and plumbers grease on the brand new tub was stunning. Lance is as efficient and focused a pro you could ever want to hire. Let him give you a bid. You wont be disappointed. Next up?
