Meet Lance Weber
"Mr. Clear”

"For me, this isn’t just a job — it’s a calling."

About Me

I’m Lance — husband, father of seven, and a lifelong organizer. I live in the North Idaho area, originally from Yakima, Washington, and for more than 20 years I’ve been helping people bring order back into the spaces they depend on.

But more than that, I’m someone who cares deeply about the people I serve. Whether it’s a widow overwhelmed by a lifetime of belongings, a contractor who needs a spotless post-construction clean, or a busy family who simply needs their home back — I show up like family, ready to roll up my sleeves and help.

A Calling That Started Young

My passion for organizing goes back to childhood. My parents taught me that keeping things in order wasn’t just about being tidy — it was about being prepared, being safe, and creating clarity in a world that can feel chaotic.

At 15, I organized my first church basement. The carpet was so cluttered no one had seen it in years — and when I finished, people were stunned at how peaceful the space felt again. That moment stuck with me.

From there, I organized everything I could: homes, churches, storage rooms, even construction sites. It didn’t matter what the space looked like — I loved turning disorder into something functional and meaningful.

From Hotel Management to a Life of Purpose

Years later, I became a hotel general manager — working long hours, troubleshooting emergencies, and trying to bring order to constant chaos. I found myself reorganizing every closet, every maintenance room, every workflow… because making spaces functional made people’s lives easier.

We eventually transformed the hotel into one of the top-ranked properties in our region. But even then, something felt off. I didn’t want to spend my life behind a desk. I wanted to help people directly — in their homes, in their hardest moments, in the messiness of real life.

So I left the corporate world and started doing what I’d always loved: clearing, cleaning, and organizing to bring people peace.

And that’s how Mr. Clear was born.

Why I Do This Work

For me, this isn’t just a job — it’s a calling.

I’ve sat with widows who didn’t know where to begin after losing their spouse.

I’ve worked with aging homeowners overwhelmed by a lifetime of belongings.

I’ve helped families move, remodel, and reset their lives.

I’ve brought clarity to multimillion-dollar construction sites before the keys were handed over.

Every space has a story. Every client has a vision for what their space could be.

My job is to help uncover that vision and bring it to life, step by step.

My Approach

Clear → Clean → Organize

Clear

We remove everything that’s in the way — physically and mentally — so we can see the space for what it is.

Clean

Deep, detailed cleaning that makes the space functional, safe, and renewed.

Organize

Everything you choose to keep finds a purpose, a home, and a system — based entirely on your vision for the space.

My Mission

To clear, clean, and organize any space so people are free to focus on what matters most.

It’s not about creating my version of an ideal home — it’s about helping you create yours.

If your space feels overwhelming, embarrassing, or too far gone — you’re not alone.

You don’t have to tackle it by yourself. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, walk with you through the process, and help you reclaim peace, clarity, and function in your space.

Your mess doesn’t scare me.
Your story matters.
And you’re worth the effort.
