To keep things clear and honest from the start:
• I do not offer professional carpet cleaning
• I do not provide window cleaning
• I do not haul large junk loads
• I do not perform licensable trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)

Unlike traditional cleaning companies, I don’t charge hourly. I offer a project-based, flat-rate bid, so you know exactly what to expect before I begin — no surprises, no upselling.  Most clients simply text me photos of their space, and I take it from there.
